Delivery:
Standard delivery costs $39.00 to addresses within the USA, and $69.00 to any foreign address. Formal gowns ship for $29.00
Special order, stocked gowns, and custom designed gowns ordered with standard delivery are delivered to your shipping address within 4 weeks worldwide or 3 weeks worldwide for formal gowns. **Note: If you have requested our Hemp silk fabric for your gown, please allow an extra two weeks.**
Sale gowns: gowns ordered from our sale page are delivered in one week domestically via USPS priority mail (allow 14 days for international delivery).
Additional Credit Card processing fee:
ALL wedding gown orders paid for by credit card will be subject to a 2.9% credit card processing fee. To avoid this fee please pay by check.
Rush Delivery:
$145 additional charge.
Stocked gowns: If your gown is in stock and ordered with rush service, delivery will be made to your shipping address within 5 days via usps priority mail for USA destinations. For worldwide destinations please allow 14 days. Please call us if you require 5 day rush delivery.
Customizations and custom sizing:
to customize the style or size of your gown there is an additional $89.00 charge unless otherwise agreed upon.
Custom Designs:
Custom designed gowns require a $300 non refundable deposit for the sketches are completed. The $300.00 is applicable towards the total cost of your gown.
Payment- Installments:
Due to the poor economy we currently accept payment in up to two installments by request.
Special order and custom designed gowns: rush delivery on these maternity wedding dresses will be made in in 3-4 weeks worldwide. If you have ordered a custom designed maternity wedding gown rush delivery will be made 3-4 weeks after payment has been made and you have approved the final sketch for your gown. **Note: If you have requested our Hemp silk or specialty silk fabric for your gown, please allow an extra two weeks.**
Returns and exchanges:
Exchanges are subject to a $25.00 restocking fee.
Exchanges: In the case that a maternity wedding gown is ordered that we have stocked (please call to check what is available at our warehouse), we will accept an exchange for another dress from inventory of equal or greater value, (again, please call for availability). Exchanges must have an RNA (return number authorization) included with the original gown being shipped back to us. We will not assume responsibility or give exchanges to those sending back their maternity wedding dress or maternity evening dress without an RNA. If there is any difference in cost between the two gowns it will be charged to your card. If the gown received back for an exchange is not in original, new, unworn condition with tags attached we will ship the gown back to you and an exchange will not be granted. For this reason we ask that you please remove all jewelry, do not wear makeup and be sure to handle the gown with care if you think you might be exchanging it.
Refunds will be made for gowns returned within three days of receipt and a re-stocking fee of 25% may apply. If your gown arrives not as expected you can return it for a replacement and/or revision within three days.
