Q. I need my dress urgently. How fast can you deliver my gown?
A. Many of our maternity wedding gowns can be shipped via priority mail and delivered within three days for a rush fee of $89.00, please call for availability. Exchanges are also shipped (by availability) with 3 day shipping. Please call if you require 3 day shipping. Dresses not held in stock are made per order and can be delivered in under 6 weeks with rush shipping, or in 6-8 weeks with standard delivery.
Q. How long is delivery with standard shipping?
A. All of our dresses are delivered in 6-8 weeks if ordered with standard delivery. We can often do a rush order for those you need their dress faster. Please call us at (805)637-3844 if you will need your order rushed.
Q. What do you charge for shipping?
A. All gowns ship at a flat rate of $39.00 USD. Rush orders are $89.00 extra.
Q. I'm not seeing exactly what I'm looking for- do you have any other maternity bridal gowns?

Q. What is your return policy?
A. We do not give refunds for any purchases. Made per order and sale gowns are always a final sale. In the case that a gown is ordered that we have held in stock in inventory (please call to check what is available at our warehouse), we will accept an exchange for another dress from inventory of equal or greater value, (again, please call for availability). Exchanges must have an RNA (return number authorization) included with the original gown being shipped back to us. We will not assume responsibility or give exchanges to those sending back a dress without an RNA. If there is any difference in cost between the two gowns it will be charged to your card. Exchanges ship out for $25.00. We reserve the right to change our policies at any time.
Q. What's a "Sample sale" maternity dress?
A. We often have "sample sales" for our maternity dresses that have been worn once before for a photoshoot, and therefore can't be sold as brand new. They are not "used" or damaged- they are usually in brand new condition, but sometimes may require a light cleaning.
Q. I'll be 5 months pregnant at my wedding- do I need a maternity wedding gown or bridesmaid gown?
A. We recommend it, as it could go either way. Please don't put yourself in the position so many brides do of trying to squeeze into a standard sizes gown, only to be devastated when the gown no longer fits! That's why we're here!
Q. I live abroad, do you ship internationally?
A. Maternity Bride happily ships worldwide. Standard shipping takes 6-8 weeks. We can deliver rush orders internationally in as little as three weeks. In the case that you need a maternity dress rush ordered please contact us so we can give you an exact timeframe for your specific dress. An additional $89.00 rush fee applies for both domestic and international maternity dress orders.
