Sizing...  Maternity Bride and Maternity Evening signature maternity sizing has been perfected after 7 years of fitting pregnant brides, maids, and fashionistas through the trimesters of pregnancy. If you have any concerns about sizing, please contact us via the form above or at maternitybride@gmail.com with your current stage of pregnancy, event date, and measurements, so our consultant can guide you to the correct size for your event. In some cases (particularly when the event if more than 6 weeks away) a fitting may be advantageous, please note that it is normal to have formal wear tailored (maternity or otherwise) to get just the right look, and all of our styles are easily taken in or hemmed!

Delivery... We delivery nationally and worldwide for $29.00. Allow up to 12 days for delivery on stocked styles or 15-35 days for delivery on special orders unless otherwise noted. We ship via Fedex, EMS or TNT or USPS / UPS domestically within the USA. International customers are responsible for any incurred duties and fees. When your order ships tracking details will be issued via email.

Returns... NEW! Select gowns can be returned for any reason within 7 days from the date of delivery for a 100% refund (minus shipping)... this offer applies to select gowns only including the Francesca, Isis, Lilac, Rose and Rebecca gowns applicable to orders starting February 1st 2012. Former policy effective for orders prior to February 1st - To return your gown for an exchange or refund: refunds (purchase price not including shipping), are given for quality problems only, please contact us via email within 24 hours at returns.maternitybride@gmail.com to receive an RNA number and return instructions. Any gown returned must be received back within 7 days to qualify for a refund, wether for a sizing, quality concern, or simply change of mind. To exchange your gown ($25.00 exchange fee will apply) please contact us at returns.maternitybride@gmail.com with your reason for exchange and for an RNA number and instructions. Dresses must be returned with tags attached and in new condition within 7 days from date of delivery. Rush service and customization fees are always non refundable. Rush serviced, special ordered (not from stocked inventory), or custom sized or altered gowns that qualify for a refund may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% at our discretion, (including cancellations). Please note that if a refund is to be given, it will take up to 3 weeks from the time the refund is granted to post to your account.
