We do not give refunds for any purchases. Made per order and sale gowns are always a final sale. In the case that a gown is ordered that we have held in stock in inventory (please call to check what is available at our warehouse), we will accept an exchange for another dress from inventory of equal or greater value. The original dress must be in brand new, unworn condition- damaged or stained dresses will not be granted an exchange- we reserve the right to determine if any damage has occurred while in the customers care.
Exchanges must have an RNA (return number authorization) included with the original gown being shipped back to us. We will not assume responsibility or give exchanges to those sending back a dress without an RNA. If there is any difference in cost between the two gowns it will be charged to your card. Exchanges ship out for $25.00. We reserve the right to change our policies at any time.
