How long will delivery take?
3-10 days if your gown is held in stock. A small collection of gowns is held in stock ready for immediate delivery. All gowns not currently held in stock are made per order and will take anywhere from 3-4 weeks with rush shipping or 4-6 with standard shipping. If you need a gown immediately please contact us with your preferred styles, measurements or desired size (selected from our size guide), and your wedding date.
What's your return policy?
A refund will be made for in stock gowns as long as the gown is returned within 3 days of receipt and in new, unworn condition. For gowns not held in stock- all custom designed, special ordered gowns-your satisfaction is guaranteed. Return your gown within three days of receipt for an exchange for something in stock, for a replacement or revision if needed, or for a refund- (a re-stocking fee up to 25% may apply depending on the gown). If you contact us to make an exchange we will get back to you within 2 business days with a list of all available styles that you can exchange for in your size. If you'd like to make a return please contact us by email with your reason and we will issue you a return authorization number.
Is there a store near me where I can try on the gowns?
If you are in California please come to Santa Barbara for a personal consultation with Jessica Iverson and to view some of our gowns. 98% of our brides work with us directly over the internet via email or by phone.
I live outside the USA, can you ship internationally?
Yes, we work with brides from all countries. Shipping is $69.00USD for international deliveries.
How do I know what size to order?
You can determine your size using our size chart, however we request you include information regarding your wedding date, due date and current measurements to make sure you are ordering the right size. We review all your information carefully to make sure your gown will fit properly. As is the case with all bridal wear, it is normal to require one or two fittings for your gown to fit perfectly on the big day, though sometimes no fittings are required.
